Returns policy and right of withdrawal

At Magic Wand Spain we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below we explain your rights as a consumer and the procedure for exercising them, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email):

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this document, although this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Return of goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged and with all its original accessories and packaging.
  • Please include the delivery note or order number to help us identify the return.
  • Products showing obvious signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.

Return shipping costs: you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise expressly agreed or in the case of a defective product.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.

5. Defective or incorrect product

If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, describing the issue and attaching photographs if possible. We will:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Legal guarantee

The Europe Magic Wand comes with a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation. During this period, we are responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@europemagicwand.es with your order number and a description of the defect.

7. Step-by-step returns procedure

  • Step 1: Email us at info@europemagicwand.es with your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: We will send you return instructions and the shipping address.
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely and include the delivery note or order number.
  • Step 4: Send the package to the address provided. Keep your proof of postage.
  • Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.
